NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 08/19/201008/19/2010 in favor of Plaintiff and the Motion of Defendant On Top Of The World Condominium Association, Inc.'s Motion to Set Foreclosure Sale, in the above-styled cause, the Pinellas County Clerk shall sell the subject property (described in more detail below) to the highest and best bidder for cash on November 16, 2011 at 10:00 am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues

B38, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 35, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 65, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4247, PAGE 987 AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
