NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 14, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-016964-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and GILBERTO J. LIMA; CLARISSA M. LIMA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SILVER SANDS BEACH & RAQUET CLUB THREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIAITON, INC.; SILVER SANDS BEACH AND RAQUET CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 407 IN SILVER SANDS BEACH AND RACQUET CLUB THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8013, PAGE 1690, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 63 TO 81 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
