YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of deeds and a mortgage concerning the following-described real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
The West 1/2 of the following parcel of land:
The East 90 feet of the West 2/5 of Lot 12 of Gilbart's Lake Park Subdivision in the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, according to the plat thereof filed for record in Plat Book 4, Page 76, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, and being also described as follows:
Commencing in the middle of Lakeview Avenue where the center of Lake Park Avenue intersects the same and run thence East 170 feet for a point of beginning, thence run East 90 feet to the West line of lot once owned by Bonniewell, thence South from the middle of Lakeview Avenue 300 feet, thence West 90 feet, thence North 300 feet to point of beginning.
Parcel II: Beginning at a point 20 feet South of and 80 feet East of the Northwest corner of Lot 12 of Gilbart's Lake Park Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, as a point of beginning, running thence South and parallel with the West line of said Lot 12, 260 feet more or less to the South line of said Lot 12, thence East and along the south line of said Lot 12, a distance of 75 feet, thence North parallel with the West line of said Lot 12 a distance of 260 feet more or less to 22nd Avenue South (now Lakeview Avenue) 75 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being a strip of land 75 feet in width running North and South across said Lot 12 and extending from the property line of said 22nd Avenue South to the South line of said Lot 12, LESS and EXCEPT the North 20.0 feet thereof deeded to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida in Deed Book 309, Page 5, in said Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County, Florida was formerly a part.
Together with the following easement: An easement for a driveway over and across the South 10 feet of the West 80 feet of said Lot 12 said right of way or driveway to be a common driveway over and across the South 10 feet of the West 80 feet of said Lot 12 said right of way or driveway to be a common driveway for the use of the 75 foot strip described above, together with the land adjoining said right of way to the North, said easement of right of way to run with the land. LESS and EXCEPT: The North 20.00 feet of the West 60.00 feet of the East 480.00 feet of Lot 12 deeded to the City of St. Petersburg, Florida in Official Records Book 9837, Page 89, in said Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County, Florida was formerly a part,
and for declaratory relief and to quiet plaintiffs' title to the following-described real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That part of Lot 12, Lake Park Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 76, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of said Lot 12, run West 285 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence, run South 280 feet; thence run West 135 feet; run thence North 260 feet; run thence East 45 feet, run thence North 20 feet; run thence East 90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on RAYMOND A. BIERNACKI, JR., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2667 Enterprise Road, Orange City, Florida 32763, on or before November 28, 2011, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED complaint.
