NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-5126-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and JILL S. HAYDEN is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 4207, Inverness Condominium II, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in O.R. Book 5177, Page 60, O.R. Book 5179, Page 1612, O.R. Book 5253, Page 570, O.R. Book 5521, Page 1220, O.R. Book 5937, Page 436, and further amended in O.R. Book 6203, Page 296, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 50, pages 16-21, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
