YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, STEEPLECHASE TOWNHOMES OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 41, STEEPLECHASE PHASE I, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 30, 31 and 32 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the street address of: 373 Steeplechase Lane, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 28, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
