NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 18, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Apartment No. F-124 of the Gardens, a Condominium, according to the Declaration 4188, Page 1221, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Pages 90 through 93, inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, on the 22nd day of November, 2011 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
