Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-1829-CO-042, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT UNIT NO. 1, BUILDING NO. 10, EASTWOOD PINES - PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 16, 17, 18, 19 AND 20, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4066, PAGE 1720, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 73112351, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4546, PAGE 1550, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 77074490 AND IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4855, PAGE 2159, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 79081162, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO ALL THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, ASSESSMENTS AND POSSIBLE FUTURE LIENS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ATTACHMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4066, PAGES 1720 TO 1764 INCLUSIVE, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 73112351, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on December 2, 2011. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
