NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-007360, DIVISION: 11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and GREG RONSHAUSEN A/K/A GREGORY RONSHAUSEN, JR., LARRY J. COX, DIANNE COX, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 2nd day of December, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT âkâ, replat of lots 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15, rosedale subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 6, at page 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
