NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-009801 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF SASCO 2007-MLN1 is the Plaintiff and , CHAD CALHOUN; and JOLENE CALHOUN; and ROBERT O. CALHOUN; and FAY I. CALHOUN; and MIKE HATMAKER are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2ND day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, block 1, college park unit one, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 53, page 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
