NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 20th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 06009025CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. As Trustee On Behalf Of The Certificateholders Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-backed Pass-through Certificates Series 2005-wcw1, is the Plaintiff and Gregory Gantt a/k/a Gregory M. Gantt, Diana Sue Sammons a/k/a Diana Sue Gantt, LVNV Funding, LLC, Unknown Spouse of Gregory Gantt a/k/a Gregory M. Gantt, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK 9, OF BELLECREST HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
