Unit 5, Building 15, Whisper Wood Townhomes, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4962, Pages 1581 though 1642, and as amended in O.R. Book 5990, Page 46, O.R. Book 6307, Page 1033, O.R. Book 6516, Page 2393, O.R. Book 6780, Page 1591, O.R. Book 7686, Page 1647, OR. Book 7902, Page 1569, and O.R. Book 7903, Page 2224, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 1 through 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A., whose address if 550 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is November 28, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
