Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 17, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 41, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4559, page 2171, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, page 28, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Gerald R. Colen, Esq, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
