YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for lien foreclosure of real property on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 1870, Building 9, Clearbrooke Townhouse Condominium, Phase VIII, a Condominium together with its undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 4692, Page 750, and all its attachments and amendments and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, Page 101, a of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Elizabeth R. Mannion, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1150 Cleveland Street, Suite 300, Clearwater, Florida 33755 on or before November 28, 2011, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
