Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 22, GROVE HEIGHTS ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 2, 2011 The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
