Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-173-CO-41, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 346, BUILDING 1, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BELLEAIR FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 76-84, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 2, 1980, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5018, PAGES 1660-1712, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND PARKING SPACE NUMBER 84.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on December 9, 2011. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
