NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CO-11402-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PENTHOUSE GROVES ASSOCIATION C, INC. is Plaintiff, and OMER J. DAUPLAISE III and JANICE MARIE DAUPLAISE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. C-158, PENTHOUSE GROVES UNIT C, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 78 and 79, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed August 30, 1971 in O.R. Book 3612, Pages 494-563, as amended Amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 3629, Page 310, O.R.Book 4212, Page 1672, O.R.Book 4212, Page 1678, O.R.Book 4507, Page 1964, O.R.Book 4521, Page 2136, O.R.Book 4757, Page 254 and O.R.Book 4922, Page 1917, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
