NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-805-CI-07, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGATTA BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES E. GUESS is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 6, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1007 REGATTA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 131, Page(s) 1, and being described in that Certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 13243, Page 420, As amended in O.R. Book 13678, Page 838, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
