NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-12067-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PENTHOUSE GROVES ASSOCIATION NO. E. INC. is Plaintiff, and BARBARA J. HOLZWART-SCHUSTER is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 9, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. I-283, from the Condominium Plat of PENTHOUSE GROVE, UNIT E, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3831, Page 785, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as amended together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
