NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 04, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09001957CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and HUONG VAN NGUYEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUONG VAN NGUYEN IF ANY; GIANG THI NGUYEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GIANG THI NGUYEN IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE N/K/A DUONG NGUYEN AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 26, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
