REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is seeking sealed proposals from firms qualified to serve as a financial advisor to the City of Dunedin. The selected firm will serve as the City's consultant on debt financing projects, manage the bond financing process, and will provide independent financial advice. The Financial Advisor will serve solely in the interests of the City.
Proposals submitted in response to the RFP must provide sufficient detail and information to complete an evaluation of their merit. The instructions contained herein must be followed to be considered responsive to the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
Proposals shall be based on the attached Scope of Work/Services. You may obtain the RFP in person at the address below, by emailing your request to [email protected], or you may download the RFP from www.demandstar.com
Sealed Proposals: Responses to this request for proposal (please submit one signed unbound original, five (5) copies and one (1) cd copy) should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any proposals received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
