NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011885-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR7 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, Dated March 1, 2006, Plaintiff and Jason Edward Jolly and Christina Nicole Jolly, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, OAKSTEAD PARCEL 9 UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 87 THROUGH 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
