NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 13, 2011 and entered in 51-2009-CA-007738 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and LINDA DAMICO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA DAMICO; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on November 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 448 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF LEISURE HILLS SUBDIVISION, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH1, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
