NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 19, 2011, and entered in Case No 2009-CA-007052-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. is Plaintiff and FRANK S MESSENGER; GINA M MESSENGER; et al., are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes at 11:00AM on this 17th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 365, ALOHA GARDENS , UNIT 8 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY , FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
