YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
LOT 202, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT 4-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 116 AND 117,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. WITH THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 7835 BARCLAY ROAD, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 28, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
