Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order October 10, 2011 or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 10, 2010 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-010770, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and FRANCISCO ACEVEDO, JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATION, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARIA BAUTISTA ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at The George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, IN Room 201/202 on November 15, 2011, at 2:00 PM the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 9, West Park Estates Unit No. 2, According to Map or Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 99 of The Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
