Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered on October 11, 2011 this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 41, BLOCK 2, SHANGRI LA SUBDIVISION UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 804 Pecan Drive, Seffner, Florida 33584, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on November 15, 2011, at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
