Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
A parcel of land located in Lot C, WALDEN LAKE UNIT 42, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 36, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, also being in Section 31, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, City of Plant City, Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
As a point of reference, commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot C; thence North 00 deg 12'50” West, 235 feet along the Easterly boundary of said Lot C to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 deg 47'10” West, 95.53 feet; thence North 55 deg 58'47” West, 61.84 feet; thence south 80 deg 12'23” West, 55.83 feet to a point on the Westerly boundary of said Lot C; thence North 00 deg 00'00” West, 220.48 feet along the Westerly boundary of said Lot C to the Northwest corner thereof thence South 88 deg 28'53” East 200.98 feet along the Northerly boundary of Lot C to the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 00 deg 12'50” East, 239.90 feet along the Easterly boundary of said Lot C to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Second Floor, Rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 2:00 P.M., on December 16th, 2011.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
