Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 13 day of October, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 08-CA-018794 in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-13 the Plaintiff, and Edwin M. Rodriguez, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough Florida, described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 37, TOWN AND COUNTRY PARK UNIT 16, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2:00PM, on 17 day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
