NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-012242 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY D. KRIS AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY D. KRIS, IF MARRIED n/k/a INDKOA KRIS; ALLIANCE FUNDING COMPANY, DIVISION OF SUPERIOR BANK FSB are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida,, at 2:00 pm on the 15th day of day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
