Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 11, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 17, LESLEY'S PLAT, LESS THE WEST 40 1/3 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 36.00 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 204 EAST CHELSEA STREET, TAMPA, FL 33603; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on November 15, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
