NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on October 10, 2010 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-026199 Section II RF of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 10 AM on the 17 day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1321, of THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA, FLORIDA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereto as recorded in Official Records Book 16005, Page 672, the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the les pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
