Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 4, 2011 in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 11-008889, Div. I, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 137 COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, PAGE 0589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2:00 PM on November 18, 2011, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
