NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Mortgage Services III, LLC entered October 12, 2011 in the above-styled case, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, on November 15, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1, FRANCIS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 3512 North 9th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605.
