NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2010 and entered in 09-857 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and RACHAEL MAGRO, BAHIA DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC C/O BECK & POLIAKOFF PA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RACHAEL MAGRO, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, et.al., are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602,ROOM 201/202, IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, at 10AM on December 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 41, BAHIA DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3891, PAGE 753, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 53, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/48TH INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
