NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-8650 DIV B UCN: 292008CA008650XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association as original Trustee for the Mlmi Surf Trust Series 2005-BC3 is Plaintiff and NECTALIZ AGUILAR; AWILDA CRUZ A/K/A AWILDA CRUZ- AGUILAR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FORMIT LENDING MIN NO. 100112065689357743; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 6th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
