YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 1600 FEET OF THE WEST 490 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LYING WEST OF SCL RAILROAD, LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR KEYSVILLE ROAD, IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 800 E Twiggs Street, Tampa FL 33602, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
