Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 12, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 53, BLOCK B, OF COPPER RIDGE - TRACT G1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4602 NEWBOURNE WAY, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on November 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
