NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-019064 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 14th day of November, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 OF REVISED MAP OF HAMILTON HEATH, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
