NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 10 day of January, 2012, at 10:00 AM at the on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT II CORINTH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 32, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 46 AND BEING FURTIIER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10473, PAGE 804. RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10522, PAGE 236; AND SUPPLEMENT THERETORECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10864 PAGE 1618, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 55, PUBUCRECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
