NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered October 18, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-027593 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and, SMITH, NANCI, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of November, 2011, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 15, SUMMER GATE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 150 THROUGH 155, Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
