NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-005196(B), of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4, Plaintiff, and ANDREA G. FRAZIER, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100080190057983983), MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2:00 PM, on the 21st day of November, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 172, OF MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2907, AT PAGE 0213, AND RE-RECORDED IF OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2918, AT PAGE 0985, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2927, AT PAGE 0573, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
