NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 11, 2011, and entered in 09-CA-006224 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK FSB, is the Plaintiff and JAMES W. MAXWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES W. MAXWELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, at 10AM at on November 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1, BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT D/E, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
