NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-28003 DIV C UCN: 292009CA028003XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and JOSE LUBRANO, JR. A/K/A JOSE V. LUBRANO JR.; KRISTEN L. LUBRANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC., MIN NO. 100013800907219949; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 24, BLOCK 3, SUBURB ROYAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 11 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
