DIXBY, HEATHER M. LORING; CAPITAL MOUNTAIN HOLDING corporation, inc.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARIO S. DIXBY; MORTGAGTE REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS A NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of November, 2011, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE, GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs, Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602. on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 11, HILLSIDE UNIT NO. 04, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitiled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
