NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure dated the 18th day of October, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 07-CA-016801, DIVISION: J, of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff, and LOREN JONES; ET AL; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 am, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 5th day of January, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 16, FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 1 UNIT 4B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 5806 FALCONCREEK PL, LITHIA, FL 33547.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitiled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
