NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I shall sell that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Parcel 1:

Lot 70, Block B, ROYAL-TEE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 1 through 19, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

PARCEL 2:

Lots 38 and 39, Block 4022, Unit 55, CAPE CORAL, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 92 through 106, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

PARCEL 3:

Lots 1 and 2, Block 4415, Unit 63, CAPE CORAL, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 48 through 81, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
at public sale on September 21, 2011, to the highest bidder for cash, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
