YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a First Amended Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is located in Lee County, Florida and which is more fully described as:
Lots 75 and 76, Block 6502, CAPE CORAL CAMELOT (UNIT 75), according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 37 through 49, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell Carney Maller Ramsay & Grove, P.A., One Progress Plaza, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 30 days after the first date of publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the First Amended Complaint.
