NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Forecloure sale filed August 23, 2011, and entered in 36-2009-CA-068133 - of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF LXS 2007-7N TRUST FUND, is the Plaintiff and robert n prince jr, villagewalk of bonita springs homeowners association, inc, unknown spouse of robert n. prince, Jr. are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for via online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on September 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
