Holdsworth a/k/a Douglas Holdsworth a/k/a Doug E. Holdsworth and Barbara Jo Peters a/k/a Barbara J. Holdsworth, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on on December 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 42, 43, AND 44, BLOCK 3318, UNIT 65, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 151 THROUGH 164, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
