NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 6, 2010, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-052777, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-08, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JUDY VANDERPLOEG; PETER VANDERPLOEG, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21 day of September 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2508, UNIT 36, PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 87 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
